| Join AMC Entertainment® and the Autism Society of America for Sensory Friendly Films | |
| WHAT? | AMC Entertainment (AMC) and ASA have teamed up to bring families affected by autism and other developmental differences a special opportunity to enjoy their favorite films in a safe, accepting environment on a monthly basis. With sensory friendly films, the auditorium will have its lights brought up and the sound turned down. Additionally, audience members are welcome to bring in their own casien and gluten free snacks, get up and dance, walk, shout, or sing. We'll see you at the show! |

| North County Family Gym Nights | |
| WHAT? | Join other families with autistic children at a Family Fun Gymnastic Night in north county. Our north county Camp I CAN partner, the Palomar Family YMCA, will provide the gymnasium equipment and bounce house, and together we will provide the fun! Bring the entire family for an enjoyable, relaxing night of family recreation. We will have food from El Pollo Loco and drinks, but feel free to bring an item to share potluck style.

| WHAT? | Join other families with autistic children at a Family Fun Pool Night in north county. | Splash for Cash | |
| WHAT? | A fun filled, swim-a-thon sponsored by the SDASA to raise funds and awareness for Pool PALS. This is a fundraiser that features teams and individuals raising money and swimming for autism. There is a pancake breakfast starting at 8 am, prepared and served by SD City Firefighters. Throughout the day there will be hourly prizes awarded for the "swimmers in the pool", a silent auction, Gigi the Clown, and a chili dog lunch. There are prizes awarded to the team and individual who raise the most money. All are welcome to attend, even if you are not swimming! |

| WHAT? | The San Diego Autism Society's 11th annual, $100,000 "All Out For Autism" fundraiser gala will be held on Saturday, May 7th, 2011, 6-11 p.m., at the Del Mar Racetrack Mission Tower, with VIP red carpet festivities beginning in the Plaza de Mexico.
The theme of this year's event will be centered around old Classic Hollywood. Ladies can enter the "favorite hat" contest and enjoy the live and silent auction and raffle, live big band music, swing dance show, comfort food stations thru the areas, and many more details to come!
All proceeds benefit Camp ICAN (Camp Including Children with Autism Now), and aquatic programs and services for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. |

| Appreciation Night | |
| WHAT? | Come join us on this festive, special night to thank and recognize the teachers, aides, and professionals who have made a difference in our children's lives! This is your opportunity to personally and publicly thank someone who has made a difference. Your invitation to your educator or provider will make the evening special.
Light appetizers and desserts will be served and a small gift of appreciation will be provided to those recipients for whom we have received RSVPs.
A downloadable invitation to print will be available soon. We will then ask you to RSVP to info@sd-autism.org to ensure that we have enough food, personalized certificates and small, token gifts of appreciation. |
