Cami I CanCamp I Can

Camp I Can Details:

Camp is held at two locations - Toby Wells YMCA in Kearny Mesa and Palomar Family YMCA in Escondido.   Registration for Camp I CAN at Toby Wells must be mailed, faxed, or hand delivered to the Mission Valley YMCA, not Toby Wells.  Toby Wells is NOT the registration admin site for the camp.  Registrations for camp at Palomar must be sent to Palomar YMCA in Escondido.

Children participating in camp will have the opportunity to go on daily field trips to such places as Boomers, Knott's Soak City, Legoland, Chuck E. Cheese, Belmont Park and more.  There will be swimming at the YMCA pool throughout the week.

Each camper is assigned a one-on-one camp counselor. (NOTE:  The camper to staff ratio during high functioning week is 3:2)

Membership in the San Diego County Chapter of the ASA is not required for enrollment in camp.  Camp fees are TBD per week for SDASA members and non-members.  Financial assistance is available through the YMCA.

Registration forms will be available for downloading by March 10th.  Camp registration will take place via mail, fax or in person.  Camp I CAN is very popular and fills up quickly. You must register your child/teen according to the location that they will attend camp — Mission Valley YMCA, not Toby Wells for camp at Toby Wells, or Palomar YMCA in Escondido for camp at Palomar.

We are looking forward to our 10th year of camp in 2011!
